Children grow up so quick, let me capture those precious milestones!
Babies first year is amazing. They develop so fast, when they learn to roll over, sit up, crawl and start walking. They are all beautiful milestones, which can be photographed to create memories for you.
Parents often tell me that their children don’t take good photos or they can’t sit still. Please don’t worry! My session is relaxed, I have rattles, toys and other things to make them feel at ease. We can relax them by sitting on mummy's or daddy’s lap first to get them used to the camera. The important thing is to try and schedule the session, when they’ve been fed and had a nap.
Please bring a few different outfits for your child. Please avoid harsh colours and big patterns. Neutral colours work best, however bright colours can also look good if it’s photographed against a white backdrop. You can bring any of your child’s favourite toys to include on some of the photos.
I have a variety of backdrops and photography props suitable for different ages and my style is timeless. I want to capture your child’s personality and genuine expressions.
Please have a look at the photos in my gallery to see which set up you like.
Family photos are amazing and I love photographing families. Every family is different and I love capturing the individual personalities and creating treasured photos, which can be passed down through the generations.
I try and make my photo sessions fun and enjoyable experience. I will always discuss with you how many family members you would like to include, the ages of the children and the style you would like.
I would ask the family to try and coordinate their clothes, no harsh colours, patterns and logos please. Jeans, grey, white and dark blue look really nice on the photos.
Turning one is a big deal! Why not not celebrate it with a cake smash? These sessions are so much fun and babies just love it!
What’s included in the cake smash session?
Once you booked the session we can agree on the theme and the colours. Please bring a few neutral coloured outfits and we can choose what fits best. I have many props, like different coloured tutu skirts, birthday banners and hats.
Based on your package choice we will take some portraits without the cake at the beginning of the session. We will then bring the cake in and that’s when the fun begins! You can bring your own cake or I can order one to match your theme. If your baby has special dietary requirements we can use fruit, like watermelon or strawberries instead.
If you opted to capture splash photos we will do these after the cake smash. Little ones love to splash around in a bubble bath! I have a very cute tin bath, please check out my photos on the website. Please note that a cake is not included in the price.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
You will cherish your maternity photos forever! This is an amazing, but very brief time in your life that you want to capture! You will have some stunning photos of your baby bump to treasure and to show your child when they are older.
These sessions are best done between 28-32 weeks of pregnancy.
I recommend bringing some outfits, for example black and white tight maternity dresses, maternity tops, a big white shirt. We want to show your beautiful bump,so loose dresses are not suitable.
We can take the photos in my studio or just opposite my studio in Egerton Park, Bolton or we can do a mixture of both! Your partner and children can also be included.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
The photo session takes place at my home studio in Egerton, Bolton or outdoor, opposite my studio in Egerton Park. Other location is also available upon request.
The length of your session will normally lasts from 30 mins to 1 hour. It also depends on the package you would like to purchase, i..e. how many images we are trying to create. I don't strictly time my sessions, however children don't have a very long attention spam, so 1 hour is normally plenty of time. We can of course take little breaks, if little ones need to.
This is important as the right clothing and coordinated colours on family members will be pleasing to the eye and will enhance your photo. I will always discuss this with you depending on type of shoot and the look we want to achieve however as a general rule harsh colours, big prints,
patterns and logos should be avoided. Jeans, grey, white/cream and dark blue tops or shirts look really nice on the photos. Also it is best to wear a top with sleeves at least to the elbow .
The most important consideration is that every family member should dress in a way that that makes them feel confident and comfortable. This will help achieve relaxed and natural photos that reflect true personalities. It's always good to bring plenty of outfits for your baby.
